How to get there: (Info from Akko 🙂 )

JR is railways that connects wide area. Subways are underground railways, and covers more central city area.

So, you can use JR going from Osaka to Tokyo, or Osaka to Kyoto, etc. On the other hand, you would use underground subways if you are in the central osaka area.

There are two nearest stations around Kyocera Dome Osaka.
1st is JR loop line Taisho station
2nd is Subway Dome Mae (front) Chiyozaki Station

It depends on where you stay and take trains. If you stay close to subway station, then, it would be easier to take subway. While if you stay close to JR station area, then it is easier to take JR like to Taisho station.
